Player doesn't connect to server.

Ensure that you have a crossdomain.xml file on the root (www.mysite.com/crossdomain.xml) of your web server. This tells the Adobe Flash plugin that it is safe to allow flash applications to connect to content on your server. Below are some links with more details and information.

What is Ampache and where do I get it?

Where do I enter my connection info?

Click the down arrow button at the top right of the application header. This will open a panel with all the connection details. Make sure to include http:// at the beginning of the server address. You will need to click the Test button first. If the connection icon turns blue, the save button will then be displayed. Click the Save button to save the information as a Flash Cookie (Shared Object) on your computer (not the server). Your password is encrypted before it is stored.

Remember to add a crossdomain.xml file to your web server.
